DEI offers an exhaust wrap that is specifically designed to hold up against the rigors of off-road and extreme-duty use. The EXO Series™ exhaust wrap is a dual-layer design, using a combination of hi-temp fiberglass, covered with a 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton. This unique construction maintains good heat protection while offering superior abrasion and impact protection. Despite its burly appearance, the EXO Series™ exhaust wrap weighs nearly the same as normal exhaust wrap.
The EXO Series™ exhaust wrap comes in a special 1.5” (38mm) width, making it easy to install on motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s and other off-road vehicles with tight radius exhaust bends. In addition, the stainless steel exoskeleton hooks together when overlapped, saving time and making installation much easier. Also, wetting the wrap is not necessary for installation.
Although originally developed primarily for off-road applications, EXO Series™ exhaust wrap can add an enhanced appearance to the exhaust of any street bike, while still offering great heat protection.
The 1.5x20’ kit will cover most dirtbike and ATV applications. 20 and 30 foot kits includes the wrap, stainless steel locking ties, and installation tool. #901154 kit includes stainless hose clamps which works great for ATV's and UTV's.
