Drive Belts

If you're wanting to run the strongest and longest-lasting Kawasaki Teryx drive belt in your machine, you've come to the right website. Here at Everything Kawasaki Offroad, we offer drive belts for the Kawasaki Teryx that are far superior to anything else out there. And if you're worried about aftermarket belts wearing out your clutches, we also offer factory-style Kawasaki Teryx belts built to the same specifications as stock belts. To avoid the need for replacement Kawasaki Teryx drive belts in the first place, there are many ways of preventing premature drive belt wear. Aside from not dogging your rig, if you're going to stop for more than a minute, you can reduce drive belt wear by putting the vehicle in neutral. And if your drive belt isn't slipping, it may be good to go for another few hundred miles or so. But if you want a spare belt on hand just in case, the Gates G Force belt or drive belts for the Kawasaki Teryx by Dayco are both great options to choose. Plus, with accessories like spare belt mounts, you'll be ready for any belt-related situation that may occur in the field.

For KRX owners, few products can match the strength, heat resistance, and cord rigidity of the Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 Extreme Drive Belt by Trinity Racing. Trinity drive belts for KRX editions of the Kawasaki Teryx are made with next-gen aramid fiber cords that won’t stretch, break, or fray. You can apply 10,000 Lbs of tension to Trinity belts and they’ll still maintain their original shape, size, and structure. Trinity drive belts will work with the factory KRX clutch, but when paired with a Trinity Racing clutch, you’ll experience performance gains that’ll blow stock machines out of the water. Use one of our Kawasaki Teryx KRX drive belts on the drag strip, or use one of our Kawasaki Teryx KRX drive belts on the off-road short course; but if you want high performance and unmatched reliability, there’s nothing better than a Kawasaki Teryx KRX drive belt from Everything Kawasaki Offroad!

The factory belts that come stock in Kawasaki Teryx UTVs aren’t designed to handle extreme temps. While you can run them at temperatures above 200 degrees, they’ll weaken and wear out when doing so. Hit temperatures over 250 degrees, however, and the OEM Kawasaki Teryx drive belt will likely grenade due to failures in the glue that binds the belt layers together. To monitor the temperature of their Kawasaki Teryx belt, some riders opt to install a belt temp gauge like the ones by Razorback Offroad. If your drive belt is running hot, you can check for blockages in the ducting / air intake to ensure that the clutch housing is breathing properly. Alternatively, there’s a little slotted plate behind the clutch that can sometimes catch debris, and the fins that draw air into the clutch can also malfunction. Furthermore, the center guide of the driven pulley can sometimes back out into the belt area, catch the belt, and then shred the belt. So for those who are blowing drive belts back to back for seemingly no reason at all, issues such as these – as well as loose engagements due to clutch weights that are too light, issues caused by not breaking in the belt properly, and belt problems due to a worn out clutch – should be ruled out to avoid needless Kawasaki Teryx belt replacements!

Replacing drive belts can be a pain in the butt – especially if you have to swap in a new belt while you’re in the midst of a gnarly ride miles away from any signs of civilization. For this reason, many riders bring along a spare Kawasaki Teryx drive belt when riding, as well as the tools required to change a Kawasaki Teryx drive belt in the field. This, however, might not be necessary. And if you upgrade to a Kawasaki Teryx or Kawasaki Teryx 4 drive belt replacement from Everything Kawasaki Offroad, you can ride with confidence knowing that you’ve got the latest in UTV belt technology propelling you forward! Be it a 2015 Kawasaki Teryx drive belt by Factory UTV, or a 2019 Kawasaki Teryx drive belt by SuperATV, you’ll find heavy-duty drive belts, CVT drive belts, and many other types of Kawasaki Teryx drive belt upgrades at Everything Kawasaki Offroad!

When your rig’s centrifugal clutch is turning, make sure that the power is transferred properly with an unstoppable Kawasaki Teryx drive belt from Everything Kawasaki Offroad. Our belts can handle tons of torque (literally), as well as temperatures higher than any UTV clutch could possibly generate. So if you’re wanting smooth engagements and side-by-side belts able to withstand the toughest of abuse for years on end, the Kawasaki Teryx drive belts and belt replacements from Everything Kawasaki Offroad are the perfect solution for you!
